We nned to make our country and the Asean countries around us meet our self-imposed deadline of 2015. My main advocacy during my decades of public service starting as Vice-Mayor in Quezon City to the present, as Senator of the Public, has been the eradication of drug addiction in the country. Thus, the book of Mr. Armando A. Ang – “Drugs and Substance Abuse” – adds to our arsenal in the information component of this worthy fight. I congratulate Mr. Ang again for taking the time, effort, and study to come up with this book.
